Liability for Content
The contents of our pages were created with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such violations, we will remove this content immediately.
Liability for Links
Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, on whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at that time. A permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

We process personal data solely to provide and operate the Dashboard Manager for your organisation. This includes in particular user accounts and organisation master data, vacation and sick-leave records as well as other calendar events, time tracking and task management data, chat and messaging content, file storage, notifications, and system logs that record access and changes. To tailor the interface we store your preferred language in the user profile and, when you are not signed in, we may use an anonymised country code derived from network information (e.g. IP headers from Cloudflare) to suggest an appropriate language. Technically required cookies are used for authentication and session handling. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (legal obligations) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests in security, support and product development). Data is hosted within the EU and only shared with carefully selected processors that provide hosting, email or push notifications, and support services. We never disclose data for advertising purposes. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or in line with statutory retention periods. Data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
For troubleshooting, performance monitoring and platform security we maintain server log files and security-related event logs, including successful and failed logins, timestamps of changes and technical device information. This data is used exclusively to ensure reliable operations, detect abuse and meet statutory accountability requirements, and is automatically deleted after appropriate retention periods.
We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking services. Should optional integrations be introduced in the future, we will inform you transparently in advance and obtain any required consent.
